- 1 (2 lb) package shrimp, seapak butterfly or (2 lb) package shrimp, seapak popcorn
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 (4 ounce) container blue cheese, crumbles
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce (use to taste)
directions
- PREHEAT oven to 425°. BAKE shrimp according to package instructions.
- In a bowl STIR together cream cheese, blue cheese, sour cream, onion powder and buffalo sauce. Put dipping sauce in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- SERVE shrimp hot out of the oven with dip on the side.
- Serving Tip: Celery Stalks make a great garnish for these savory, spicy appetizer shrimp!
- Prep Time: 8 minutes.
- Cook Time: 12 minutes.
- Makes: about 44 appetizer servings using butterfly shrimp (or 65 appetizer servings with popcorn shrimp).
