Yum! This sauce is so easy to make and has a terrific flavor. I added it to some baked chicken about 20 minutes before it was done and it worked perfectly. Thanks for a unique and yummy recipe, chia.person found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? This recipe had me curious for quite awhile and I'm so glad I finally tried it. While we enjoyed it I thought the vinegar overpowered the other flavours somewhat and turned the sauce almost black, which turned the chicken I used it on almost black as well. Not the most pretty presentation. On the other hand the blueberry flavour is just too good to pass up and I will be playing with this recipe. I may try champagne vinegar in a smaller amount next time and will add some onion to the mix. Maybe fresh ginger? This is worth some experimentation to suit our taste.
