  • 236.59 ml blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 170.09 g container low-fat strawberry yogurt or 170.09 g container non-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 1 whole banana, sliced
  • 177.44 ml cranberry-grape juice
  • 118.29 ml ice
  • protein powder (read instructions on container for recommended amount) (optional)
  • 59.14 ml apple, sliced (optional)
  • 59.14 ml peach, sliced (optional)
  • 59.14 ml fruit cocktail (optional)
  • 118.29 ml fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)

  • Place all ingredients in blender (add more or less juice to get the desired consistency).
  • Blend until smooth.
