- 236.59 ml blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 170.09 g container low-fat strawberry yogurt or 170.09 g container non-fat strawberry yogurt
- 1 whole banana, sliced
- 177.44 ml cranberry-grape juice
- 118.29 ml ice
- protein powder (read instructions on container for recommended amount) (optional)
- 59.14 ml apple, sliced (optional)
- 59.14 ml peach, sliced (optional)
- 59.14 ml fruit cocktail (optional)
- 118.29 ml fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)
directions
- Place all ingredients in blender (add more or less juice to get the desired consistency).
- Blend until smooth.
