  1. This was really, really good. I love blue cheese and would have never thought of doing a sauce like this for chicken. I made this exactly as the recipe directs and I served this with parsley buttered noodles and a green salad with a vinegarette dressing. We drank an Australian Shiraz with the meal and my friends raved about the entire thing. Thank you for an awesome recipe.

  2. Made this for dinner. Served it over buttered fettucine noodles with fresh asparagus on the side. Literally thought we'd died and gone to heaven it was sooooo good. Hubby is already demanding it for his birthday meal!

  3. So Good!! My mother-in-law and husband really liked it as well. I used low fat sour cream & didn't salt the chicken but otherwise followed the recipe. The breading wasn't crispy when it was done (it was still delicious) so maybe next time instead of pouring the bluecheese sauce "over the breasts" I'll put it around them? The sauce was also thicker than I expected it to be--not a bad thing, but a surprise. It was good with noodles. This is a keeper.

  4. I accidently wrote my review for this recipe for a different recipe! Anyway, this recipe is great. If you like blue cheese you need to try it. I cooked a bag of broad egg noodles and mixed it up with the sauce that was left in the pan, delish. Will definatly be making again.

  5. I made this with fat free sour cream, I also substituted bread crumbs for crunched up crackers since I had no BC. Served over pasta, with broccoli, rolls and fruit salad. Nice meal. I am rating this so high because my family loved it. my kids ate it! (wow) and my husband said this was one to make again. The chicken was super moist, I actually cut it with the side of my fork. thanks for posting
